1. Service Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours but before service commencement may incur a cancellation fee (deducted from the refund).
- Once services have begun, refunds are not applicable.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
3. No-Refund Cases
- If the patient or family discontinues services voluntarily.
- If the service was rendered as per the agreed terms.
- If incorrect or incomplete information was provided during booking.
